What you see when you sign in
- The score, big. Current AI visibility score out of 100 and the change since the last check.
- The trend. Every scan we have run, from the baseline before we touched anything.
- What needs updating. Each of the twenty checks, in words, with what changed and what to do about it.
- The next check. The date and time of the next scheduled scan, and whether it repeats.
- The engines' own words. What ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google said about your market when we asked.

Proof, then a benchmark
Your baseline scan, the verification scan after the install, and the report. The dashboard holds the before-and-after permanently, so the proof does not live in an email thread. Ask for a re-check any time.
Rescans on a schedule, alerts when it moves
Automatic rescans on the cadence we agree, a plain-English email after each one, an alert if the score drops by five or more, and a "check again now" button for after you change something on the site. Models update and competitors move; monitoring is how you notice.
Pricing is quoted in person after the free scan, like everything we sell. Clients see their own plan and any options inside the dashboard.
How the score works
The scan fetches your site the way AI agents do and grades twenty checks across eight areas: structured data (LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, reviews), crawler access (robots.txt and AI-bot policy), rendering (is the text in the HTML?), answerability (do pages answer questions directly?), entity consistency (one name, one address, one phone), sitemap, page health, and platform serviceability. Each check is weighted, the result is a score from 0 to 100, and the band is one of At risk, Weak, Developing or Strong.
The honest limit
The score measures whether AI systems can read and understand your business. It does not measure how often they cite you. Those are different questions. A 97 means the signals are in place; being named for "best dentist in Winston-Salem" also depends on reviews, competition and the engine's own choices. We ask the engines directly during every scan and record what they say, so you see both.
Where the numbers come from
The same engine scores every business we have measured: 79 Piedmont Triad businesses averaged 43 (DiamondBack Advertising, "The State of AI Search in the Piedmont Triad" (79 local businesses, Aug 2026)), 84 North Carolina law firms averaged 55 (DiamondBack Advertising, "The State of AI Search in Legal" (84 NC law firms, Aug 2026)), and our own site went from 58 to 99 (DiamondBack Advertising, the public results ledger). Client arcs so far: 60 to 97, 61 to 100, 48 to 97, 57 to 92.
Straight answers about the dashboard
Do I need to log in to get the results?
No. Every scan sends a plain-English email with the score, the change and what needs attention. The dashboard is for the detail and the history.
How do I get a login?
Every AI SEO client gets one with the install. We send a welcome email with a temporary password and the exact address to sign in with; you set your own password on first sign-in.
Can I run a scan myself?
Clients on monitoring can trigger a re-check from the dashboard (once a day). One-time install clients can ask us for one any time.
What does the score not tell me?
How often AI engines actually cite you. The score is a technical readability grade. The transcript of what the engines said about your market, recorded during each scan, is the closest thing to that answer, and we show it alongside the score.
Is my data shared with anyone?
Your dashboard shows only your own business. Aggregate, anonymized figures such as the regional average are published in our research; your site is never identified without your permission.
